Peter J. Balcziunas, Peter Balciunas is uniquely prepared to help leaders in higher education address the challenges and opportunities that confront them. In a career spanning more than 30 years, Balcziunas has established himself as a teacher and scholar and as an administrator at the highest levels in the Academy. His experience and expertise include all sectors of American higher education, both public and private.
