Served as the financial administrator for the association, managing all PACU accounts payables and receivables, maintaining consolidated employee payroll and benefit accounts for 11 staff members, maintaining financial accounts for shared costs between PACU and its subdivisions, completing the monthly accounting process, creating monthly budget to actual analyses, producing tax statements, and developing the annual budget for review by the PACU Executive Director.

Managed PACU office operations, including maintaining office and bookkeeping procedures, conducting employee orientations, managing office supply requisitions, and other general office operations.

Served as the organization’s liaison with external advisors, including financial and tax accountants, program auditors, legal advisors, and others.

Assist the PACU Executive Director by performing staffing duties including preparing agendas and speeches, publishing newsletters, staffing presidential committees, managing schedules, arranging conference calls, producing correspondence, etc.

Administered the Pennsylvania Service Corps federally-funded grant program, processing incoming requests from student participants at more than 50 Pennsylvania campuses requesting tuition reimbursement for completing campus service responsibilities defined by the Corps program.

Developed, organized, and coordinated the PACU Annual Meeting, a two-day event involving organizing the meeting advisory committee, creating the program agenda, contacting seminar speakers, producing registration materials, managing the event budget and all financial details, on-site conference administration, and attending to the accommodation needs of more than 100 college and university presidents and chief executive officers of numerous branch campuses participating in the event.

Published the annual PACU membership directory of Pennsylvania’s college and university presidents and manage the distribution of the directory to over 500 recipients in higher education and state government.

Assisted in the development of a fair and equitable annual dues schedule for PACU’s 116 member institutions representing the four sectors of Pennsylvania higher education (state-owned universities, state-related universities, private institutions, and community colleges).
